Our Staff

Butterflies Garden Restaurant is committed to ensuring living wages and dignified working conditions for its staff.  The chefs at Butterflies Garden Restaurant are graduates of the Shinta Mani Hospitality Institute, a program for disadvantaged youth that provides rigorous training in Western and Asian culinary styles.  All have practical work experience in the kitchens of the Shinta Mani Hotel, recently rated one of the best hotel dining rooms in the world by Gourmet Magazine, and at the five-star Hotel de la Paix.  At Butterflies Garden Restaurant, we provide additional mentoring and training to further develop our chefs’ culinary repertoire and skills.
